Supernova

Is this the end

Or is this the beginning

My blazing radiance

Melting wax

On grounded birds

The confluence of past and present

Create energy and friction

A detonation

Ripping reality to shreds

Shockwaves broadcast these last thoughts of a dying star

All that remains is the vast unknown

The quiet but violent void

Dragging bystanders in

Imploding, collapsing, condensing

Residue left in saccharine hues

Ignoring the signs

To allow the supernova to shine

The death of a high

Leaves shooting stars of collateral

Ego death of the cosmos
